Family Bowling Event
Join us at Jesse James Lanes for 2 hours of bowling and fellowship next Sunday, March 18th from 3:00-5:00pm (Note: this time is different than on March calendar).  The cost is $5.00 per person.  Please sign up on the bulletin board.

Thrivent Choice Dollars
For all of you Thrivent members – If you have Thrivent Choice dollars, remember that they must be designated to a charity or non-profit before March 31, 2018 for funds accrued during 2017.  There are cards on the table in front of the office that will lead you through the designation process.

Come to the Easter Breakfast
The Fellowship Committee (Darlene Larson, Linda DeMann, and Barb Anderson) will be organizing the Easter Breakfast this year at Trinity. Everyone is welcome to stay after church on Easter Sunday for a delicious breakfast, and this is a great opportunity to invite friends and family members to Trinity. The breakfast will not be a fundraiser, but there will be a free-will offering basket to help with food costs. Please talk to a committee member if you have questions or would like to help in any way. Thanks!

Garage Sale - April 20th and 21st
The Trinity Garage Sale is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 20th and 21st. The proceeds from this year’s garage sale will benefit the LAMP team so they can continue to spread God’s Word to the remote community of Wunnumin Lake, Canada. Start thinking about things you would like to donate to the sale and drop them off at church in the Garage Sale room upstairs (next to the elevator) or bring them to the Fellowship Hall during the week of the sale. We will be looking for lots of help anytime from 10am to 9pm during the week of the sale to organize and price items. We will also need help during the days of the sale and then for cleaning up after the sale. Please note, we CANNOT take televisions, computers, or any infant or children’s car seats. These items typically do not sell, and we cannot dispose of them anywhere. Thank you.

Food Shelf Month
March is Food Shelf Month, and the Mission Board will be collecting food and money for our local food shelf at the CAC.  There is a display in the Fellowship Hall showing the types of food they need.  Also, donations of money are greatly appreciated since they can purchase a lot more through their distributors than we can at our local grocery stores.  To donate money, use the Special Mission envelope and mark it as either Food Shelf or CAC.

He may have been #2 but he’s the One now
The Gospel of Mark is the second Gospel in the New Testament but he’s the One our Trinity Tuesday night Bible study is beginning to study. All are invited to join this interesting study of Mark. We start at 6:30 PM and are done at 7:30 PM. As we journey farther into this Lenten season please consider adding this as part of your Lenten discipline.

That’s right-3 X’s + 1V + 3I’s = 28 in Roman numerals. At the next meeting of Der Lutheraner, on March 10th, the group will be studying the 28th Article of the Augsburg Confession. If you haven’t been able to attend 1 through 27 that’s no problem as each Article stands on its own in our study. Article 28 is the last one and after this concludes we are considering taking a closer look at C.F.W. Walther’s Law and Gospel lectures. We have a great breakfast starting at 7:30 AM followed by a short morning devotional, and then our study. Trinity Men – mark your calendar – March 10 at 7:30 AM. If you haven’t come in a while consider returning– If you’ve never come please do and see what you’ve been missing.

New Pew Envelopes
The new white envelopes in the pew racks can be used by anyone - visitors or members who may have forgotten their envelope for the offering.  If you are a member and want to use the pew envelopes, you only have to put your envelope number or your name on the outside.
