Middle School Youth

Middle School Youth have Sunday School every Sunday morning from after Labor Day until the week before Memorial Day. They study Bible stories each week.

Middle School Youth activites happen about once a month. The group does various things each month. Here's the next few planned events.

May 15 - 6:00-7:30pm, bonfire at church

June 19 - MMT I (see MMT box)

June 24 - Valley Fair Day (see event/form box)

July 17 - MMT II

August 14 - MMT III

MMT Events

What are Magical Mystery Tours?

Magical Mystery Tours are events organized by the youth directors of churches in Northfield. They are events for Middle School Youth (2012-13 6th-8th graders). The ‘mystery’ part of it is you don’t know where we are going. We just load a bus at a certain place and take off. You find out where we are going and what we are doing when we get there!

Middle School Lock In

High School Youth

High School youth meet on Sunday mornings during the school year for Bible study in the youth room. This fall we are looking at the topic of heaven and hell. We occassionaly make breakfast and have a brief devotion for class time. Sunday school begins on Sept. 16,2012 and runs through April 28, 2013.

On Wednesdays the youth meet at 6:00pm for dinner and 6:30pm for the following:
studying prayers in the Bible twice a month
visit shut ins once a month
varius activites/projects

May 8 - 6:00pm,bonfire/8th grade welcome
May 22 - 6:30pm, youth chat
May 29 - 6:00pm, finals pizza at B&L's
June 5 - 6:30pm, youth chat at Pfeiffer's
June 19 - 6:30pm, youth chat at Pfeiffer's
June 24 - Valley Fair Day (see event/form box)
June 29 - leave for NYG in San Antonio, TX
July 10 - 6:30pm, youth chat at Pfeiffer's
July 24 - 6:30pm, youth chat at Pfeiffer's

2013 High School Summer Trip

2013 High School Summer Trip: National Youth Gathering in San Antonio, TX

Feb. 2013 Trip Update:

We are in major fundraising season. Try to make all the fundraisers you can to help your youth account grow! The biggie is going to be the garage sale!

Trip meeting: Sunday, April 7th at 11:30am in the youth room. Be there!

What is the National Youth Gathering?

30,000 LCMS youth gathered together for 5 days to praise Jesus!

Dates: June 30-July 6

Cost: Approx. $1,100

Deposit ($150/person) and registration form due by: Wednesday, Oct 10th

The longer you wait to register for the trip, the more expensive it will get and you will only be able to go if there is still room.
